How we do it

We only work with hunters whom we trust implicitly. Our foragers in Umbria have dealt with the Cortesi family for over fifty years. They are small family businesses who pass down their knowledge through the generations. Thanks to introductions from acclaimed chefs, we’ve been able to grow our network to include hunters in Tuscany, Acqualagna, Alba, France and Australia.

Loyalty and mutual respect is key. We develop special relationships with all our suppliers. Selecting the highest quality truffles and delivering them to our clients is a delicate business - one that we are passionate about.
