When truffles are in season, so am I, working day and night to ensure my clients get the very best truffles, whenever they need. Developing and maintaining personal relationships, from suppliers to chefs, gourmands and retailers, is at the heart of my business.

I aim to delight sticklers for quality and taste, sourcing exquisite Italian white truffles from October to December, and black truffles, from Italy, France and Australia, throughout the year.

My personal service is to hand-select and guide clients when needed. Whether they are running a busy kitchen or a bustling shop, preparing a sumptuous feast or a romantic dinner, I make sure our truffles are delivered in perfect condition.
